about me

When photography is both work and a hobby you are used to go the extra mile. Basically because it's such fun to take photos. I currently focus on architecture, both interior and exterior, photography and fine art photos.

The architecture angle may have something to do with a background in the architecture industry, or perhaps it's just coincidence. Both can be very technical. The end result however is all about emotion, what it does with the audience. Does form follow function? And which of those is captured in the photo?

The fine art photos have to do with the unique moments I see through the lens. The moments you have to witness yourself. The photos that could have been shot only at that instant. Never to be repeated, captured for eternity. The subject's composition, light and texture play a key role here. Often the photo raises more questions than it answers.
